MAKE A RETURN

 

+ How much does it cost to return items?

1 – IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR NOT CORRECT: you will not incur any costs for returning the item. Send a photo to our customer services, who will either give you a direct refund or collect the items with the costs borne by Oaza mode.

2 – IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT: the costs of making the return are at your own expense. You can send it back using your own chosen courier. We advise you to choose a courier who offers parcel tracking and proof of delivery.

 

+ How do I close the parcel with the item I wish to return?

The return must be carefully packed and respect the following conditions:

– The items must not have been used, modified or customized.

– The item’s packaging must not show signs of use, scratches or scraps .

– Put inside the parcel the email you received authorizing the return or if not a piece of paper with the product code and the order number written on it. If the above conditions are not respected, we reserve the right not to issue any refunds for the returned items.

 

+ Where do I send items to be returned?

You will be sent an email with the address of where to send the items to be returned.

 

+ I have made a mistake in the returns procedure

If you made a return request but you have noticed that you have made a mistake you can contact customer services directly on info@oaza-fashion.com. You can send us an e-mail and we will contact you within 24 working hours.

 

+ How to return an item ?

To make a return, within 7 days of receiving the order, follow these instructions: 1 – Go to the “My Orders” section 2 – Go to the order you wish to return, and click on “RETURNS REQUEST”. 3 – Select the item (or items) from the order that you wish to return. 4 – Wait for an email from our customer services with instructions on how to return it. 5 – Print the returns authorization email and insert it into the parcel along with the item(s) you wish to return.

 

+ I do not like an item, can I return it?

+ I received a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item

Begin the returns request and we will contact you within 24 working hours.

 

+ I have to cancel my return request, can I?

Yes, if you have made a return request, but you have changed your mind you can contact customer services directly by email.
